By signing in and using LinkMyDuty ("the tool"), you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the tool.
LinkMyDuty reads your TfL duty book and your leave/coverage documents and adds the resulting work shifts, annual leave and leave-cover weeks to a Google Calendar you choose. It is a convenience tool to save you typing entries in by hand.
The tool is intended for adult TfL staff. You are responsible for activity carried out under your Google sign-in and for keeping your account secure.
You may only upload documents you are entitled to use for managing your own rota (such as your duty book, your annual leave, and the Annual Leave Coverage sheet for your depot). You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for confirming the details the tool shows you before they are added to your calendar.
You agree not to misuse the tool, including: attempting to access other people's accounts or calendars; uploading content you have no right to use; or interfering with, overloading or attempting to break the service.
LinkMyDuty is an independent, personal project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by Transport for London (TfL), London Underground, or Google. "Google Calendar" is a trademark of Google LLC.
The tool reads printed and scanned documents, which can contain errors, and travel times are estimates. The tool is an aid, not an official source of your roster. You remain responsible for knowing and attending your actual shifts. Always review your calendar after running the tool and rely on your official TfL roster in case of any difference.
The tool is provided free of charge, "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that the entries it creates will always be complete or correct.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of (or inability to use) the tool, including missed or incorrect shifts, lost data, or any indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
We may change, suspend or discontinue the tool, or update these terms, at any time. We may also stop providing the tool to you if you breach these terms. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
