This tool puts your work shifts and leave into your Google Calendar for you — no typing each one in by hand.
- Automate My Rota — the big one. Upload your duty book (the PDF of all the duties), tell us your rota and where you live, and we add a whole year of shifts at once.
- Add a Cover Week — just take a photo (or PDF) of the Annual Leave Coverage sheet on the noticeboard. We read it and add your cover week.
- Update Annual Leave Only — add or change your holiday days without touching your shifts.
- Submit Final Sheet — when the final sheet for next week arrives, send a photo/PDF and we update any last-minute changes.
We only ever add or change entries this tool created — anything you put in your calendar yourself is always left alone. You can undo everything any time with the red link below.
